The room had a safe and a spacious balcony with great sea views, and the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient.

The beds were comfy and the queen room itself was neat and huge. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

Had mediocre breakfast, it might be far better.

Excellent location, first line, near the seafront, beach, cafes bars. Friendly personnel. Delicious breakfasts and lunches.

The hotel is modest, but corresponds to its value.

Perfectly clean hotel, liked to be next to beach, bars, shopping, restaurants, reception area & almost all bars and the Old Town, shops and restaurants thanks to magnificent and absolutely perfect location. Had king room with a view and wake-up service was available in it. I had a warm welcome, excellent and efficient staff.

I liked its proximity to the beach and the fact that the clientele tended to be older and a good continental mix. The reception staff were particularly nice and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean and the beds were good for my back. The lounge overlooking the beach was quiet and relaxing I will certainly use the hotel again and have indeed started looking for flights.

I think there was a little confusion in checking out. The night receptionist was a little confused - but arnet we all at 5.30 in the morning!

We had a nice experience. the setting was fab, close to seafront and Old Town. - Restaurants that the locals eat at and bars. - It was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to Jeso Sabor for coffee and treats.

The location was excellent, as it was beach front and next to old town. The rooms were spotlessly clean and maintained daily.

Would have liked to have had a kettle in the room and for the air-con to have been a little quieter and cooler.

Good location near the Old Town and also many restaurants and shops. It overlooks the excellent Levante Beach.

Passing revellers at night made it slightly noisy. Could do with 1 English news channel on the T.V.

    Location by the beach

Parking was a nightmare - a multi-storey car park 400 yards away through a maze of narrow streets, some one-way and pedestrianised. It was secure but made for a very stressful start and end to our stay.

The best thing about Bilbaino was the staff they were warm friendly extreemly helpful from the receptio team on arrival to housekeepers who made sure my room was cleaned and delivered fresh towels to daily. Great value for money and location is fantastic.
